1. Acceptance
Using a forme-related service means that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms. Stop using the service if you do not agree with any part of them.
2. Service scope
forme is a proactive cognitive agent product. Features, dependencies, and availability may vary by version and service environment.
3. User responsibility
Users are responsible for their inputs, authorizations, and use of results, and must comply with applicable law. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, or to bypass access control, audit, or security mechanisms.
4. Outputs and verification
Agent output may contain errors, omissions, or context-specific limitations. Users must apply independent judgment and necessary verification. Outputs are not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, rights in the service and its related code, documentation, and marks belong to their respective rights holders. Users retain rights in content they lawfully own and grant only the processing permission required to provide the service.
6. Changes and termination
We may adjust, suspend, or terminate part of the service for security, legal, or product reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.
